Ernest Wamboye
The Relationship Centre Ltd
Ernest is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and a father. He has been married to Waturi since September 2012. They have three children- Thandiwe, Ivanna, and Theo. He is also the author of four books. The Wamboyes are passionate to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ clearly taught and understood in our post-modern world. They are champions of biblical discipleship and furthering the Kingdom of God by transforming one person at a time. They are the founders of The Relationship Centre Ltd (TRC), an organisation that aims to promote biblical family values in contemporary urban communities.

John Agagwa is the pastor of Pathway Ministries at Mamlaka Hill Chapel, Nairobi, Kenya. He is passionate about the gospel of Christ and lives to know him and make him known. John is married to his dear wife Liz, and together they have been blessed with one daughter.
Reverend Charles Macharia
Firm Foundation Ministries
Reverend Charles Macharia is a dedicated spiritual leader, the visionary founder of Firm Foundation Ministries,with a vision of building families that last a lifetime and a seasoned Pastor with two decades of service, having served at Hope church for 10 years as the lead pastor and Membley Baptist church for 7 years as the Assistant Pastor. His ministry is characterized by a strong focus on strengthening families and nurturing the next generation of believers.
Personal Life and Family
Reverend Macharia has been happily married to Jacquie Macharia for 26 years. He and his wife are proud parents to three daughters, aged 23, 19, and 15, reflecting his personal commitment to the foundation of a strong family unit which is central to his ministry.
Ministry and Leadership
With 20 years in pastoral leadership, Reverend Macharia's work through Firm Foundation Ministries addresses critical areas of community and spiritual development. His key ministry areas include:
- Couples Ministry: Focused on building and maintaining strong, Christ-centered marriages.
- Team Building: Utilizing principles of faith and cooperation to strengthen communal and organizational bonds.
- Young Adults: Providing guidance, mentorship, and a spiritual home for young people transitioning into adulthood.
- Children's Camps: Creating engaging, faith-filled environments to instill foundational spiritual values in children.
Steve Kiteto
Badili experience
Steve Kiteto is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Badili Experience Limited, a training, coaching, and consultancy firm driving culture transformation. With over 20 years of experience across five continents, he has worked with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies. He has designed and authored programs such as Kizazi Kipya, LEADTEAM, A.I.R, Dadventure, and Couples Experiences, empowering leaders, teams, and families to grow and thrive through change.
Angela Wanjiku
Nairobi Chapel
Angela Wanjiku loves the Lord Jesus and acknowledges Him as her Savior and Lord. She currently serves as a teacher with the Nairobi Chapel School of Ministry. Wanjiku holds a background in Information Technology, a Bachelor's in Theology, and is currently pursuing a Master in Divinity. Her passion is in discipleship and equipping God's people with the Word of Truth. She is blessed to be a wife and mother.
Pst. Ednah Kimani
Karura Community Chapel
Ednah Kimani is a born-again Christian, married to James Kimani for 17 years, and together they are blessed with three children: Adiel, Nathan, and Shama. She has faithfully served as a pastor at Karura Community Chapel for the past 10 years, focusing on the church’s family ministry.
Ednah is trained in communication/media and theology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, equipping her to support and strengthen families with both biblical and professional insight. Her calling in ministry is to walk alongside families, helping them discover God’s design for wholeness, restoration, and fruitfulness. She also has a deep passion for breaking down the Word of God in a way that is practical and transformative for everyday life.
Beyond ministry, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading, which enrich her perspective on life and relationships.
John Ng’ang’a
Taruma Consultants Ltd
John Ng’ang’a is Managing Consultant at Taruma Consultants Ltd, specializing in petroleum, logistics, leadership, and performance management. A retired Distribution & Operations Manager of a multinational oil firm, he has trained leaders across Africa. For over 40 years, he led KSCF and FOCUS, mentoring youth. An author of several leadership books, he chairs and serves on multiple boards, holds a BCom (UoN) and MA in Leadership (ILU), and continues to train and inspire leaders globally.
