Kisima Champions ministry epitomizes the journey towards becoming ‘Christ like and making Jesus known’. We seek to present Christ in age appropriate curriculum, application oriented approach, and in the context of intentional shepherding and mentoring. Children are encouraged to commit their lives to Jesus, live for Him and make Him known.
This ministry has tailored its program to suit children between 2 to 11 years and address various differentials. This gives the children a rare opportunity to experience worship and to grow among believers from diverse backgrounds. We are strategically positioned to nurture the next blessed generation to the glory of God. Teams of volunteers minister rotationally to over 350 children every Sunday.
Our curriculum is derived mainly from Christian Evangelistic Fellowship (CEF) and Jubilee Station from our partner churches. It is usually taught in units which are tailored depending on the prevailing season and program focus (e.g. Easter, Camp, VBS, Musical, Christmas etc).
- YoungALIVE Fest: This is a one day children’s Festival that happens every month of April
- Vacation Bible School (VBS) is an annual week long event that takes place every month of August. Children from schools and local churches around us experience the event
- December musical. Children start practicing for the musical in September in preparation for presentation on the first Sunday of every December.
